We are building the trust infrastructure for AI in healthcare and other regulated industries. We need engineers who can think about reliability, accountability, and governance as engineering problems. If you want to ship something that makes AI adoption safe enough to actually work, this is the role.
AI Governance Consultants
Full-time · Remote
We work with organizations across SOC 2, AI governance, and compliance in regulated industries. We need experienced consultants who can assess risk, design governance frameworks, and guide clients from gap analysis through audit readiness. Healthcare, financial services, or federal experience is a plus.
AI Transformation Consultants
Full-time · Remote
We help companies adopt AI safely and effectively. We need consultants who can coach teams on AI tools, build adoption strategies, and deliver measurable operational improvements. You teach organizations to fish, not build for them. Experience with enterprise AI adoption, change management, or operational excellence is a plus.
Solutions Architects, Governance
Full-time · Remote
We need people who sit between the technology and the business. You scope engagements, translate complex governance requirements into practical plans, and own the client relationship from assessment through remediation. Healthcare and financial services experience is a plus. If you are the person who makes the room smarter about risk, trust, and compliance, we want to talk.

We need people who can start conversations with board members, executives, and Chief AI Officers at companies navigating governance, compliance, and AI adoption. You understand that trust is a boardroom conversation, not just a security team conversation.
